Legal with restrictions
Adults 21 or older may possess up to one ounce, including at most five grams of concentrate, and may cultivate up to six plants per person subject to a twelve-plant household cap and security rules. Licensed retail is legal; public smoking, impaired driving, and unauthorized delivery remain prohibited or restricted.
