Legal with restrictions
DC prohibits sale and purchase of flavored tobacco products, including flavored synthetic-nicotine vapes, and prohibits electronic-smoking-device sales within one-quarter mile of a middle or high school. Tobacco retailers require a business license and must follow age-21 and applicable tax rules.
