Medical only
Georgia permits registered patients and caregivers to possess up to 12,000 milligrams of THC in labeled, regulated medical-cannabis products. Since July 1, 2026, licensed products may include flower for vaporization, vapes, oils, tinctures, capsules, lotions, patches, and ingestibles; smoking, home cultivation, general adult use, and infused candies or cookies remain prohibited.
