Legal with restrictions
Minnesota adults 21 or older may possess up to two ounces of flower in public, two pounds at home, eight grams of concentrate, and 800 mg THC in edibles; a residence may grow eight plants with no more than four mature. Licensed adult-use rollout and the medical program are regulated by the Office of Cannabis Management.
