Montana adults 21 or older may purchase from licensed adult-use dispensaries and possess up to one ounce of flower, eight grams/milliliters of concentrate, or 800 mg THC in products. Eligible Montana residents may cultivate at home subject to plant, visibility, residence, and landlord rules.
