Medical only
New Hampshire protects registered qualifying patients who possess no more than two ounces of usable therapeutic cannabis obtained through alternative treatment centers. Patients and caregivers may not cultivate. The state has no licensed adult-use market; small possession outside the program remains unlawful but is generally a fined violation rather than legal possession.
