Legal with restrictions
Adults 21 or older may possess up to three ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of concentrate, buy from licensed dispensaries, transfer within the possession limit without compensation, and grow up to six plants per adult subject to a 12-plant household cap and maturity limits.
