Illegal / prohibited
Tennessee has no enacted medical-marijuana or adult-use market. Cannabis products above 0.3% total THC are illegal; regulated products at or below that threshold are legally distinct and do not make marijuana lawful. For TABC licensees, total THC is calculated as (THCA × 0.877) + delta-9 THC, and THCp and synthetic cannabinoids are prohibited in any amount.
