Legal with restrictions
Adults 21 or older may possess up to two ounces in public and cultivate up to four properly secured and tagged plants per household at their main residence. Current adult sharing is limited to one ounce without remuneration, public consumption and nonmedical sales remain illegal, and regulated retail sales are scheduled to begin July 1, 2027.
