Legal with restrictions
Adults 21 or older may buy regulated cannabis from licensed retailers and possess up to one ounce of usable cannabis, 16 ounces of solid infused product, 72 ounces of liquid infused product (or 200 mg THC for qualifying low-dose units), and seven grams of concentrate. Retail sales carry a 37% cannabis excise plus retail sales tax. General adult-use home cultivation is not authorized; qualifying medical patients have separate cultivation limits.
